We worked through most of those issues already, with your help. We had a locked desktop issue fixed that , tunneling in was a problem becuase it locked the desktop , but we got the .bat code from you guys so when you log-out after tunneling the desktop doesnt lock. We set the pc up , so if it does reboot , there is no credentials required. Once in a while there is a Unable to open application Java error on the screen. We aren't quite sure what is causing it. It seems to be something with a connection to the DB.
